| 摘 要： | 为了探讨胃镜下清创喷药加中西药物内服治疗难治性溃疡的效果，将８０例难治性溃疡随机分成２组，治疗组４０例以胃镜下局部清创喷药加内服自拟中药八方胃宝胶囊和法莫替丁；对照组４０例用法莫替丁加羟氨苄青霉素内服。两组比较，结果治疗组在溃疡的愈合率、ＨＰ的根除率及溃疡的复发率方面均优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示运用胃镜下清创加中西药物内服治疗难治性溃疡疗效较好

Clinical Control Observation on Treating Refractory Ulcer by Debridement with Gastroscope and TCM-WM Therapy |

| Abstract: | 80 Cases of Rcfractory gastric ulcer were divided into two groups randomly. 40 were treated by debridement and sprinkling medicine with gasroscope and p.o. Ba Fang Wei Bao Capsule and Famotidine as treating group,while another 40 were treated wite p.o. Famotidine and Amoxicillin as control aroup.The result showed that the treating group was superior to the control group in recovery rate of the ulcer,eradication rate of HP anel recurrence rate of the ulcer (P<001).The result suggested that treating refractory gastric ulcer with debridement under gastroscope and TCM-WM Therapy had a better therapeutic effectiveness. |
