玻璃体视网膜手术联合眼内填充术患者遵医体位的护理干预

目的:探讨玻璃体视网膜手术联合眼内填充术患者遵医体位的护理干预方法,延长术后患者遵循体位医嘱的时间,提高患者的舒适度,降低术后并发症和复发率。方法:将58例玻璃体视网膜手术联合眼内填充术患者随机分为两组,观察组(30例)术后遵医嘱卧位,并予以临床护理干预,对照组(28例)则只采用医嘱卧位。结果:观察组患者术后第1、3、5d遵循体位医嘱的情况及舒适程度明显优于对照组(P0.01),复发率低于对照组(P0.05),掌握健康教育知识情况及患者满意度优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:对玻璃体视网膜手术联合眼内填充术术后特殊体位患者实施护理干预,能提高其舒适度和满意度,延长体位的维持时间,降低术后复发率,提高护理质量。

Nursing intervention of compliance postare in patients with vitreo-retinal surgery and intraocular tamponade.

Objective：Of vitreoretinal surgery and eyes filled with medical compliance of patients with postural nursing interventions to extend the position to follow doctor＇s orders postoperative time,improve patient comfort,reduce postoperative complications and recurrence rate. Methods：The 58 cases of vitreo-retinal surgery and intraocular tamponade were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group（30 cases） with the doctor＇s advice supine and clinical nursing intervention,the control group （28 cases） only with doctor＇s orders lying. Results ：The observation group to follow doctor＇s orders time and postural comfort better than the control group （P0.01）,relapse rate was significantly lower than the control group （P0.05）,master of health education knowledge and satisfaction than the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion：On the vitreoretinal surgery and eyes filled with a special body position in patients with postoperative nursing intervention can improve patient comfort and satisfaction,to extend the time for the maintenance of posture and reduce recurrence rate,and improve quality of care.
