| 摘 要： | 目的：观察乌索酸对动物胆汁的影响。方法：采用麻醉大鼠行胆汁引流术，测定正常大鼠及APIT肝损伤大鼠的胆汁分泌量及胆汁成分，测定血清SB含量。结果：ig乌索酸正常大鼠及APIT模型大鼠的胆汁流量明显增加，胆汁中胆红素浓度提高，血清胆红素含量明显降低。结论：乌索酸有明显的利胆、促进胆红素排泄的作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the bile promoting secretion of ursolic acid administrated ig in rat.Methods:Ursolic was administrated ig to the rats with liver injury induced by APIT.SB in serum were examined.The bile folw rate and theconcentration of the main components in the bile of ratsafter ig adminstration of Ursolic acid were estimated.Results:Ursolic acid administrated ig decreased the serum SB levels in the rats treated with APIT,promoted thesecretion of bile and increased the concentration ofbilirubin in the bile.Conclusion:Ursolic acid administratedig exhibited significant promoting bile secretion.
