护士对伤口换药包扎绷带的选择偏好分析

目的 通过调查护士对包扎绷带最为关注的特性,综合分析包扎绷带的六种主要特性,有助于理解护士对这些特性的选择意愿.方法 对莆田市第一医院不同科室的护士(n=150)进行问卷调查.结果 护士对于伤口包扎绷带相关特性的偏好中,伤口包扎绷带更换所造成的疼痛、住院时间以及伤口治愈时间是护士最为关注的三种特性.不同科室护士对于包扎绷带的特性在排序上也存在不同.结论 为了让患者的局部伤口得到持续治疗,包扎绷带应该依据护士偏好进行制作.生产伤口包扎绷带的厂家和研发人员也应该更加关注这些特性,使得生产出的包扎绷带最符合临床护士伤口换药的不同偏好.

Analysis of nurses' preference for wound dressing bandage

Objective To analyze the six major characteristics of dressing bandage by investigating the characteristics of the nurses' attention to the bandage.And it is helpful to understand the nurses' willingness to choose these six characteristics.Methods a questionnaire survey was conducted among nurses in different departments of the First People's Hospital of Putian(n=150).Results The pain,hospitalization time and wound healing time were the three most important characteristics for nurses.There are also differences in the order of the characteristics of bandage for nurses in different departments.Conclusion In order to provide sustained wound care for patients,the bandage should be made based on nurses' preferences.Especially,the bandage manufacturers and researchers should pay more attention to these characteristics,so that the bandage produced meet nurses' different preferences and requirements in wound care.
