颅脑外伤患者手术后ICU护理干预的临床价值分析

目的分析颅脑外伤患者手术后ICU护理干预效果。方法选取本院于2015年1月~2016年7月期间收治的72例颅脑外伤手术后患者,按照其护理方法的差异性划分为观察组和对照组,分别采用ICU护理和常规护理,分析两组的临床应用效果。结果观察组和对照组分别经过不同护理模式后,其治疗总有效率经计算后分别为94.44%以及77.78%,同时观察组的并发症发生率显著降低,组间数据经对比后统计学意义产生(P0.05)。结论颅脑外伤患者手术后采用ICU护理模式有助于其疾病的治愈。

Clinical value of ICU nuring intervention in patients with traumatic brain injury after operation

Objective To analyze the effect of ICU nursing intervention on patients with craniocerebral trauma after operation.Methods 72 patients with craniocerebral trauma surgery in our hospital in January 2015-2016 admitted during the period of July,according to the difference of nursing method into observation group and control group,respectively with ICU and routine nursing,clinical application and effect analysis of two groups of patients.Results the observation group and control group respectively after different nursing mode,the total efficiency of treatment was calculated respectively 94.44% and 77.78%,while patients in the observation group the incidence of complications was significantly lower,by the comparison between groups of data have statistical significance.Conclusion the ICU nursing mode is helpful to the recovery of the disease after operation in patients with craniocerebral injury
