摘    要:目的建立超临界二氧化碳萃取缬草油的指纹图谱分析方法。方法采用气相色谱法,以DB-WAX石英毛细管柱为色谱柱,以高纯氮为载气,程序升温法,记录时间为50 min,以氢火焰检测器检测,并对主要共有峰进行了归属。结果用程序升温法得到了各色谱峰较好的分离,确定了27个共有峰。结论为更好地控制缬草药材的内在质量提供了可靠的方法。

Abstract:Objective To establish a fingerprint analysis of Valeriana.Methods The fingerprint was performed by GC.DB-WAX column was used.Carrier was N2,recording time was 50 min,and detector was FID.Results GC fingerprint of Valeriana was obtained,and 27 common peaks were obtained.Conclusion The method is reliable for the quality control of Valeriana.
