液压型盒压力器及紧固夹的研制与应用

目的 改进义齿制作中充胶和紧固型盒的器械及操作方法.方法 采用液压千斤顶在带有压力标尺的可缓冲刚性框架内对型盒加压,紧固夹顶板与压板间采用万向关节连接,然后一起置于压力器上加压.再使用液压型盒压力器及型盒紧固夹制作义齿200件,传统螺旋加压法制作义齿200件,比较2种方法的操作方法、操作时间及咬合增高件数.结果 使用液压型盒压力器及紧固夹制作义齿的平均操作时间为50 s,螺旋加压法为4～5 min.制作的义齿咬合增高件数前者为3件,后者为26件.结论 使用液压型盒压力器与紧固夹制作义齿操作简单,可明显缩短充填树脂所用时间,防止义齿的咬合增高和义齿变形.

Development and Application of a Hydraulic Denture Preformation Pressure Gauge and the Fastening Clamps

Objective To improve the traditional instruments and operating methods of filling in rubber and fastening the cast in making the dentures.Methods Fasten the cast in a customable rigid frame with the pressure gauge by using the hydraulic jack.Clip two casts between the up-and-down splints by using the universal joint and fasten the butterfly nut with the hand after raising pressure on the pressure gauge.Results Operating time was shortened 4 minutes on average by using the improved method and the denture occlusal increase is reduced by 13%.Conclusion The improved pressure gauge and the fastening clamps are easy to handle and of help to reduce the time to fill in the resin obviously as well as to reduce the denture occlusal incensement and the denture distortion.
