| 摘 要： | 目的:建立了测定大叶水芹菜中芹菜素含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:用NaOH溶液加热回流提取样品,采用Shim-pack CLC-ODS色谱柱(150×6mm,5μm),甲醇—水(60∶40)等度洗脱,柱温25℃,检测波长335nm。结果:芹菜素在0.002875～0.230mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.02%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.03%。结论:该方法快速、简便、准确,可用于芹菜叶中芹菜素的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective：To develop a HPLC method for the determination of Apigenin in leaves of large leaf water dropwort.Method：The sample was extracted with sodium hydroxide solution using regurgitation.HPLC separation was carried out in a Shim-pack CLC—ODS columm（150×6 mm,5 μm）with methanol ：water（60∶40）as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 335 nm.Result：The linear rangewas 0.002875～0.230 mg/ml for Apigenin.The average recovery was 99.02%,and RSD was 1.03%（n=5）.Conclusion：This method was rapid,accurate and reproducible for determining the Apigenin in leaves of large leaf water dropwort.. |
