中药地菍的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的 :研究中药地中的有效成分。方法 :溶剂萃取及各种色谱技术分离纯化 ,经UV ,IR ,1H NMR ,13C NMR ,MS以及化学方法鉴定了它们的结构。结果 :分离得到 5种单体化合物 ,分别是正十六酸 (I)、槲皮素 (Ⅱ )、广寄生苷 (Ⅲ )、没食子酸 (Ⅳ )、山柰酚 (V)。结论 :这些成分均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To investigate the chemical constituents of Chinese herb Melastoma dodecandrum. METHOD: The chemical constituents were isolated by solvent extraction and chromatography. Their structure were identified on the basis of physic-chemical constants and specral data. RESULT: Five compounds were isolated and identified as hexacosanoic acid (I), quercetin(II), avicularin(III), gallic acid (IV), kaempferol(V). CONCLUSION: The above-mentioned compounds were separated from the plant for the first time.
