CD_(44)V_6、ER、PR在乳腺癌中的表达意义

目的 :探讨CD44V6、ER、PR在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法 :应用S P方法 ,对 6 0例乳腺癌及 15例乳腺良性病变组织进行了CD44V6、ER、PR检测。结果 :CD44V6、ER、PR在乳腺癌中阳性率分别为 5 5 .0 %、85 .0 %、80 .0 % ;导管内癌 4 4 .4 %、4 4 .4 %、4 4 .4 % ;浸润性导管癌 6 1.1%、72 .2 %、6 6 .7% ;黏液腺癌 83.3%、5 0 .0 %、5 0 .0 % ;髓样癌 5 7.1%、71.1%、5 7.1% ;乳腺良性病变 33.3%、4 6 .7%、4 0 .0 %。乳腺癌组织与乳腺良性病变组织相比较 ,二者差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。在浸润型与非浸润型之间比较差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。在正常乳腺组织及乳腺癌癌旁的正常乳腺组织中无表达。CD44V6在腋淋巴结转移组与无淋巴结转移组间表达差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :CD44V6和ER、PR可作为乳腺癌判断转移、预后的生物学行为 ,对乳腺癌术后治疗方案有着重要的指导意义

The Significance of CD_(44)V_6, ER and PR Expression in Breast Cancer

Objective To investigate the expression of CD_ 44V_6, ER and PR in breast cancer and its clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemistry for CD_ 44V_6, ER and PR was performed on 60 specimens of breast cancer as well as 15 specimens of breast benign lesion with S-P method.Results In breast cancer, the positive rates of staining CD_ 44V_6, ER and PR were 55.0 %、85.0 %、80.0 %,respectively: 44.4 %, 44.4 %,44.4 % in intraductal carcinoma; 61.1 %, 71.1 %, 57.1 % in infiltrating ductalcarcinoma; 83.3 %,50.0 %,50.0 % in mutinous carcinoma;57.1 %,71.1 %,57.1 % in medullar carcinoma; 33.3 %,46.7 %,40 % in benign breast lesions.There was significant difference between the positive rates of breast cancer and benign lesions(P<0.05),while no significant difference between infiltrating and non-infiltrating cancer(P>0.05);there was significant difference between lymph nodes metastasis and no metastasis in the expression of CD_ 44V_6(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of the expression of CD_ 44V_6, ER, PR is favorable to evaluate the biological behavior of breast cancer and maybe used as a reference to the postoperative therapy.
