| 摘 要： | 目的 研究Twinblock矫治器对安氏Ⅱ类错（牙合）畸形的矫治效果.方法 对24例安氏Ⅱ类错（牙合）畸形患者应用Twinblock进行矫治.男11例,女13例.通过分析矫治前后x线头颅侧位片,评价其矫治效果.结果 矫治后SNA、ANB、OJ等减少,差异有显著性;SNB角增大、下颌升支、下颌体长度均有增长,差异有显著性.结论 安氏Ⅱ类患者在应用Twinblock后,覆（牙合）覆盖减小,（牙合）关系改善,改变患者下颌后缩的面型,具有良好的治疗效果.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of the treatment with Twinblock in Angle＇ s class Ⅱ patients. Methods Twenty - four class Ⅱ patients aged 9 - 12 years were included into this study. There were 11 boys and 13 girls. The resuits of orthodontic treatment were evaluated by the cephalometrics on the Superimposition of the lateral head films. Resuits After treatment of Twinblock, the SNA and ANB angles, OJ of the patients were decreased, the SNB angles increased significant, the mandibular ramus height, body length increased significant.Conclusion The overject; overbite and profile of patients improved significantly after the treatment of Twinblock. |
