| 摘 要： | 目的探讨恶性黑色素瘤临床病理及生物学行为特征。方法从临床特点、病理类型、生长方式、侵袭深度、细胞增生程度等方面观测24例恶性黑色素瘤的生物学行为,结合临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果1.恶性黑色素瘤病理类型与肿瘤侵袭深度、细胞增生程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2.随肿瘤侵袭深度的增加、向结节型生长的演进,应高度警惕恶性黑色素瘤的转移复发。结论明确恶性黑色素瘤的特殊的生物学行为对临床治疗和预后有重要意义的。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the biological behavior and clinical and pathological features of malignant melanoma. Methods 24 cases of malignant melanoma were restrospectively investigated the biological behavior, including the clinical character,pathological type ,groth pattern,cell proliferation degree ,et al.Results 1. the pathological type of melanoma was related to the tumor invation deepth and cell proliferation degree.2.With the increasing of tumor invation deepth and developing to the vertical growth phase the melanoma is easily recurrent and metastasizing.Conclusion There were great importance in expliciting the specific biological behavior of melanomato the clinical treatment and prognosis. |
