p53 、MDR 基因在食管癌及癌旁组织中表达的分析

 目的 探讨食管癌和癌旁组织中p53、MDR基因的表达及其临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化ABC法及逆转录酶-聚合酶链反应的方法，对50例食管癌和37例癌旁组织中p53、MDR基因的表达情况进行检测。结果 p53基因蛋白在食管癌中有显著表达为68％（34／50），癌旁组织中有表达为59％（22／37）；其中在癌旁正常组织中占54％（13／24），在癌旁非典型增生中占69％（9／13）。MDR基因在食管癌高、中、低分化中的表达水平有极显著意义，癌与正常组织有极显著意义。在不同年龄、性别、肿瘤大小上p53、MDR基因的表达无显著意义。结论 p53、MDR基因在食管癌中均呈高水平表达，癌旁组织中MDR有表达，p53基因突变早于组织形态学改变。

Analysis of Expression of p53 MDR Genes in the Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma and Cancerous Beside

Objective To study clinicophcthologic significance of expression of p53,MDR genes in esopho- geal squamous cell carcinoma and cancerous beside.Methods Histochemisty ABC and RT-PCR method was used to detect the expression of p53,MDR genes in50carcinoma and37cancerous beside.Results p53gene protein was marked expression in the cancer68%(34/50),and was expression in the cancerous beside59%(22/37),among54%(13/24)was normal,69%(9/13) was atypical hyperplasia;Expression of Mdr-1was marked difference, in turmor of high middle, low differentiation, has marked difference in cancer and normal tissue, and both no differences in ages , sex, size of tumor.Conclusion p53, MDR genes was high level experssion in the esophagus carcinoma MDR was experssioned in the cancerous be- side,p53gene mutation was early than change of histology forming.
