| 摘 要： | 对３２例慢性粒细胞白血病（ＣＭＬ）患者进行骨髓组织病理学检查，应用Ｂａｒｔｌ及Ｆｒｉｓｃｈ等提出的分型标准，将３２例ＣＭＬ分为ＧＲＡＮ型及ＧＲＡＮ／ＭＥＧ混合型。ＧＲＡＮ型巨核细胞正常或降低，骨纤程度轻，且生存期长。而ＧＲＡＮ／ＭＥＧ混合型，巨核细胞明显增多，骨纤程度重，临床治疗效果差，生存期短

| Abstract: | In this paper,bone marrow histopathology from 32 patients of chronic myeloid leukemia,might be divided into GRAN type and GRAN/MEG type in according to the classification standard introduced by Bartl and Frisch etc.The GRAN type the numbers of megakaryocvtes are normal or decreased,myelofibrosis degree is light and the longer survival time,but the GRAN/MEG type the numbers of megakaryocvtes are signal increased,myelofibrosis degree is serious,clincal efficacy bad and the shorter survival time. |
