慢性重症肝炎的临床特点

目的分析总结慢性重症肝炎的临床特点。方法回顾320例慢性重症肝炎病例，对于病人的性别比例。病原学分类，症状、体征，实验室检查、并发症，临床分期等进行对照研究。结果性别、感染肝炎病毒种类对慢性重症肝炎的死亡率无影响；消化道症状为慢性重症肝炎最常见及首发的症状，但对预后无显著影响，而血清胆红素，凝血酶原活动度，年龄，临床分期及肝性脑病、肝肾综合征、消化道出血等并发症则明显影响预后。结论掌握慢性重症肝炎的临床症状特点，及早发现病情变化，防治并发症，对于患者的生存十分重要。

Clinical characters of chronic fulminant hepatitis

Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical characters of chronic fulminant hepatitis.Methods We retrospectively reviewed 320 cases of chronic fulminant hepatitis. We compared and analyzed indices such as the ratio of male to female, aetiological classification, symptoms and signs, complications and clinical stages.Results Such indices as sex and the type of hepatitis virus had no influence on the mortality of chronic fulminant hepatitis. Although the symptoms of digestive tract were most common and initial in chronic fulminant hepatitis, they had mo significant influence of prognoses. It was serum bilirubin, thrombinogen activity, age, clinical stages and such complications as hepatic encephalopathy, hepatorenal syndrome and digestive tract hemorrhage that influenced the prognoses. Conclusions It was of vital importance to grasp the clinical symptoms of chronic fulminant hepatitis, detect the change of its state and prevent and cure complications.
