叶酸、甲钴胺对矿区老年H型高血压患者的干预效果分析

摘    要:目的探讨补充叶酸、甲钴胺对伴同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)升高的老年高血压患者的干预效果。方法依据2010年《中国高血压防治指南》,将134例Hcy升高的矿区老年高血压患者分为干预组70例和对照组64例,干预组予以叶酸、甲钴胺口服,定期复查血清Hcy;对照组未予以补充叶酸、甲钴胺。在此期间2组均给予规范化降压药物治疗。检测并比较2组治疗前、后血清Hcy的变化。结果干预组治疗后血清Hcy水平低于治疗前及对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)对照组治疗前、后血清Hcy水平无变化,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论对于伴Hcy升高的老年高血压患者,予以补充叶酸、甲钴胺干预后该指标得到明显改善,对预防心脑血管突发事件具有一定的积极作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the folic acid supplementation,with Mecobalamin on homocysteine( Hcy)increased in aged patients with essential hypertension intervention. Methods According to the 2010"Chinese hypertension prevention guide",the aged of 134 hypertensive patients with Hcy elevated divided into intervention group70 cases and control group 64 cases,the intervention group to folic acid,Mecobalamin oral,regular review of serum Hcy; control group were treated without folic acid supplementation,mecobalamin. During the period of the 2 groups were given standard antihypertensive therapy. Change detection and compared between the 2 groups before and after treatment,serum Hcy. Results After treatment,the serum level of Hcy intervention group was lower than that before treatment and the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05) control group before and after treatment,the serum level of Hcy had no change,no significant difference( P 0. 05). Conclusion For elderly hypertensive patients with Hcy elevated,to supplement folic acid,Mecobalamine,after the index improved,has a positive role in the prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.
