腹腔镜下结直肠癌手术的临床效果观察

目的探讨腹腔镜下结直肠癌手术的临床效果。方法回顾2012年4月~2013年12月于本院行结直肠癌手术的95例患者,其中行开腹手术的有50例设为对照组,腹腔镜下结直肠癌手术的有45例设为观察组,然后对2组患者术中出血量、肠功能恢复时间、住院天数及术后并发症进行统计及比较。结果观察组术中出血量：124.6±68.8ml,肠功能恢复时间（d）：2.6±0.5,住院时间（d）：11.2±4.5,术后并发症：吻合口瘘2例、尿潴留1例、肠梗阻3例、切口种植2例,占17.78%,与对照组相比（均P〈0.05）。结论在腹腔镜下行结直肠癌手术的临床应用效果优于开腹手术,且术后并发症少,患者能够早日康复出院。

The clinical effect observation of laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of colorectal cancer

Objective： To discuss the clinical effect observation of laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of colorectal cancer. Methods： From April,2012 to December,2013,we selected 95 patients after laparoscopic surgery of colorectal cancer in our hospital. 50 patients were given abdominal surgery,they were selected as control group.45 patients were given laparoscopic colorectal surgery,they were selected as observation group. The intraoperative blood loss,intestinal functionality recovery time,hospital stay time and postoperative complications were compared in two groups. Results： In observation group,intraoperative blood loss was 124. 6 ± 68. 8ml,intestinal functionality recovery time（ d） was 2. 6 ± 0. 5,hospital stay time（ d） ： 11. 2 ± 4. 5,and postoperative complications were anastomotic fistula（ 2 cases）,urinary retention（ 1 case）,intestinal obstruction（ 3 cases）,cutting plants（ 2 cases）,they took 17. 78% of all cases,when compared with the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Clinical application of laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of colorectal cancer is better than open surgery,the postoperative complications were less and the patients could recover soon.
