青少年自虐行为及其诱因条件logistic回归分析

目的 探讨青少年自虐行为发生及其诱因。方法设计调查表,主要包括“一般情况”和“自虐行为情况”,调查某市年龄在18～19岁的男生1032人、女生980名人,共计2012人。结果 男、女生有自虐行为者占被调查人数的12.77％。虽然男、女生总发生率没有差别,但在14～、16～、17～3个年龄段有较大差异(P<0.01);自虐行为两次或两次以上者占3/4(74.32％),青少年自虐行为重复发生的可能性很大;男、女生在自虐行为发生几个诱因均有差异;多元条件logistic回归分析显示青少年自虐行为的发生与很多诱因有关。结论 从青少年儿童心理发育早期到心理逐渐成熟整个过程中,家庭和学校应予以正确引导,提高他们适应社会的能力。

Conditioned Logistic Regression Analyze on Evoking Agents about Self- Tramping Behavior in Teenagers

Objective To explore the occasions about self -cruel behavior and its relate agents . Methods 1032 male students and 980 female students aging from 18-19 were investigated by questionaire which includes " common condition" and "self-cruel behavior" . Results Self -tramping behavior occupies 12. 77%. Although there isn't significant difference between boys' and girls' incidence rate, but a remarkable difference exists on 14, 16, 17 stage(P <0. 01). 74. 32% cases have more than twice self -tramping behavior and the possibilities of repetition of such cases are firm( P <0. 01). The relate agents of each sex are different. Self -cruel behavior of youth is related to many agents. Conclusion During the process of teenagers growth, correct guidance plays important role in education of teenagers" psychological adaptability to difficulties and frustration.
