| 摘 要： | 目的考察不同采收季节枇杷叶药材中总黄酮类成分的变化规律。方法采用高效液相法测定不同采收季节枇杷叶中槲皮素和山柰酚的含量。结果总黄酮及槲皮素的含量随月份的变化较大,其中4月份含量最高;山柰酚的含量随月份变化较小,其中5月份含量最高。结论不同季节采收的枇杷叶中总黄酮类成分及槲皮素、山柰酚的含量变化有一定的规律。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the variation of the flavonoid contents of Folium Eriobotryae in different collecting seasons.Methods HPLC was used for quantitative analysis of quercetin and kaempferol.Results The contents of total flavonoids and quercetin varied greatly along with different months,and the highest of which is in April;The contents of kaempferol varied a little,and the highest of which is in May.Conclusion The contents of total flavonoids,quercetin and kaempferol in different collecting seasons have its unique pattern. |
