气管隆凸支气管成形术的临床应用(附37例报告)

对３７例气管隆凸支气管肿瘤患者先切除肿瘤，然后用不同术式施行气管隆凸支气管成形术，最大限度恢复及保留肺功能，结果３例术后并发肺不张，经纤支镜吸痰及取血块后肺复张，通气功能正常。术后６个月死亡２例（脑血管病１例，原因不明１例），其余３２例术后恢复良好，认为可采用不同术式扩大气管隆凸支气管肿瘤的治疗范围，甚至达到根治目的。
