直肠癌CD44V6和VEGF表达的临床意义

目的探讨CD44V6和VEGF在直肠癌肿瘤组织中的表达与直肠癌生物学特性的关系及其对预后的影响。方法采用免疫组织化学S—P法检测94例直肠癌肿瘤组织中CD44V6和VEGF的表达，并对随访10年以上的34例作生存分析。结果CD44V6和VEGF的表达与肿瘤的浸润程度、病理类型、淋巴结转移和Dukes分期密切相关，而与患者的性别、年龄及肿瘤大小无关。单因素Cox比例风险模型分析显示：患者的生存率与肿瘤浸润程度、病理类型、淋巴结转移、Dukes分期及CD44V6和VEGF的表达均有关；多因素Cox比例风险模型分析显示：Dukes分期、CD44V6和VEGF的表达对判定直肠癌的预后具有重要意义。结论CD44V6和VEGF在直肠癌肿瘤组织中的表达与直肠癌的发生、发展密切相关。CD44V6和VEGF阳性表达可作为直肠癌预后不良的指标。

Expression of CD44v6 and VEGF in Rectal Carcinoma and its Clinical Significance

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of CD44v6,VEGF and the clinicobiological characteristics in rectal carcinoma and its impact on the prognosis.Methods The expression of CD44v6 and VEGF in the tumor tissue was detected by immunohistochemically(S-P)in 94 patients with rectal carcinoma.The survival analysis was performed in 34 cases who were followed up for more than 10 years.Results The expressions of CD44V6 and VEGF in rectal carcinoma was closely correlated with tumor invasive depth,pathological type,lymph node metastasis and Dukes stage,but not with age,sex and tumor size.Univariant analysis revealed that the survival rate was correlated with invasive depth,pathological type,lymph node metastasis,Dukes stage,and the expression of CD44V6 and VEGF.Cox stepwise proportional hazards analysis showed that Dukes stage,the expression of CD44V6 and VEGF played important roles in the prognosis of rectal cancer.Conclusion The expression of CD44V6 and VEGF is closely correlated with the carcinogenesis anddevelopment of rectal carcinoma.The positive expression of CD44V6 and VEGF indicates poor prognosis in patients with rectal carcinoma.
