| 摘 要： | 体外骨髓基质细胞性质的研究表明,正常与受C57小鼠的基质贴壁细胞层中有7种基质细胞,而正常与受照豚鼠中有6种基质细胞。并且两种鼠受照后均出现一种具有转化为脂肪细胞潜能的抗辐射细胞亚型。正常与受照C57小鼠培养的骨髓基质贴壁细胞上清液对CFU-GM的刺激作用说明C57小鼠骨髓基质贴壁细胞能产生CSF。
