| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨妊娠期糖尿病的母儿并发症。方法]25例妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）患者，为GDM组。取同期25例正常孕妇为对照组。对其临床经过和母儿影响进行回顾性分析。结果]妊娠期并发症：GDM组与对照组相比：分别为先兆子痫40％（10）vs8％（2）、羊水过多32％（8）VS4％（1）、早产20％（5vs4％（1）、剖宫产80％（20）vs24％（6）、产后出血16％（4）vs4％（1）、巨大儿36％（9）vs8％（2），两纽差异显著，P〈0．01或P〈0．05。GDM纽的胎儿窘迫44％（11）]、新生儿窒息12％（3）]与对照组L12％（3）d4％（1）]比较，P〈0．05。结论]妊娠期糖尿病的母儿并发症明显增加。强调早期检出，加强对GDM的管理，可以改善母儿结局。
