尼可地尔对部分血运重建患者心绞痛治疗效果观察

目的:观察尼可地尔对冠心病部分血运重建患者心绞痛治疗效果及近期预后的影响。方法:选择69例进行部分血运重建治疗后心绞痛的冠心病患者,随机分为尼可地尔组(33例)和常规治疗组(36例),常规治疗组患者行冠心病二级预防治疗,尼可地尔组在此基础上给予尼可地尔5 mg口服,每日3次,观察4周。观察术后患者心绞痛缓解情况及主要心血管不良事件。结果:两组患者在住院期间和术后随访时均未发生死亡、心肌梗死、脑卒中事件,尼可地尔组患者心绞痛症状缓解和心电图表现均明显好于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:尼可地尔对部分血运重建患者心绞痛有良好的治疗作用。

Effect of nicorandil for patients with angina pectoris after undergoing incomplete revascularization

Objective: To observe effects and prognosis of nicorandil for patients with angina pectoris(AP) after undergoing incomplete revascularization.Methods: 69 patients with AP were randomized into nicorandil group(33 patients) or normal therapy group(36 patients),and observed for 4 weeks.Both groups were given coronary artery disease second prevention drugs,while nicorandil group were added nicorandil(5 mg tid).The effects and major cardiovascular events were observed.Results: In two groups,there was no death,no myocardial infraction and stroke during in hospital and follow-up.In nicorandil group,the ratio of AP attack reduction and ECG were better than those in normal therapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Nicorandil is beneficial for patients with AP after undergoing incomplete revascularization.
