| 摘 要： | 目的:研究T淋巴细胞亚群在帕金森病患者(PD)外周血淋巴细胞中的改变,并探讨其在疾病进程中的意义.方法:选取PD患者28例,并依据改良的Hoehn&Yahr分级标准分为PD1(Ⅰ级)、PD2(Ⅱ级)和PD3(Ⅲ级)3个亚组,用流式细胞术检测CD3+、CD3+CD4+、CD3+CD8+和调节性T淋巴细胞(CD4+Foxp3+)在-外周血淋巴细胞中的百分率,并与正常对照组18例进行比较.结果:PD3亚组外周血淋巴细胞中CD3+CD8+的百分率高于对照组(P＜0,05).PD2和PD3亚组的CD4+Foxp3+百分率显著低于对照组和PD1亚组(P＜0.05).结论:PD组外周血淋巴细胞中CD3+CD8+和CD4+Foxp3+百分率改变导致细胞免疫失衡,可能参与了帕金森病的病理进程. |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the percentage and significance of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood in patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD).Methods: 28 PD patients were enrolled and then grouped PD1(stage I),PD2(stage II),PD3(stage III) three subgroups according to the modified Hoehn & Yahr.The percentage of CD3+,CD3+CD4+,CD3+CD8+ and regular T cells(CD4+Foxp3+) was detected and analysed by flow cytometry and compared with 18 normal controls.Results: The percentage of CD3+CD8+ in PD3 subgroup was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The percentages of CD4+Foxp3+ in PD2 and PD3 subgroups were lower than those of control group and PD1 subgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion: The alterations of the percentage of CD3+CD8+ and CD4+Foxp3+ in PD group led to the cell immune disturbance,which may play roles in the pathological progress of the PD. |
