血液透析患者中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞与心血管事件关系

目的:评价中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)水平在预测维持性血液透析(MHD)患者发生心血管事件中的作用。方法:共96名患者入组,其中33例为NLR较高组(NLR≥3.5),63例为NLR较低组(NLR<3.5)。实验开始时记录患者的一般状况,全自动血细胞分析仪和全自动生化检测仪分析实验室项目。随访1年,记录心血管事件,对两组结果进行统计分析。结果:NLR较高组总胆固醇高于NLR较低组(P<0.05),NLR较高组死亡率高于NLR较低组,NLR较低组白细胞计数高于NLR较高组(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示高NLR水平、低白蛋白、女性是MHD患者发生心血管事件的危险因素。结论:NLR可能是MHD患者发生心血管事件的预测因子。

Relationship between cadiovascular events and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio in maintenance hemodialysis patients

Objective: To evaluate the usefulness of neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR) in the prediction of cardiovascular events in patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods : 96 MHD patients were divided into two groups.There were 33 patients in the higher NLR(NLR≥3.5) group and 63 patients in the lower NLR(NLR<3.5) group.Patients ’ general condition and laboratory tests were performed in the beginning of the study.The follow-up survey was performed in the next 1 year,and the cardiovascular events were recorded.The results were evaluated according to their statistical significance.Results : Patients with higher NLR had higher TC and mortality rate than patients with lower NLR.Patients with lower NLR had higher WBC counts.Logistic multiple regression analysis showed higher NLR,lower albumin and women were risk factors of cardiovascular events in MHD patients.Conclusion : NLR may be a predictor of cardiovascular events in patients with MHD.
