腔镜与小切口开放手术行胆囊切除术的效果比较

目的 评价电视腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）的临床价值。方法 回顾分析腹腔镜胆囊切除62例（A组）及小切口开放性胆囊切除26例（B组）的临床资料，就恢复正常工作时间、手术时间、住院总费用、术后住院总天数、并发症等指标进行比较。结果 A组在手术操作时间、术中出血量、术后下床活动时间、术后住院总天数、恢复正常工作时问、并发症方面明显优于B组，差异有显著意义（P〈0．01）；B组住院总费用略优于A组。结论 电视腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）具有创伤小、出血少．术后疼痛轻、恢复快、腹腔干扰少等优点，效果优于小切口开放手术。

A comparative study of laparoscopic and open small-shoe cholecystectomy

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods The clinicai datas of 62 cases(group A) receiving laparoscopic cholecysrectomy and 26 cases(group B) recelvlng open small slice cholecystectomy were retrospectively analyzed.Operating time,amount of intestinal function after operation,ambulation and normal activities after operation,the hospital stay and complications were compared between group A and group B.Results In group A,operating time,the amount of bleeding during operation,the recovery of normal activities after operation and the occurrence of complications were all better than those of in group B(P<0.01),while in group B,operating cost,and the total cost of hospitalization were slighly better than group A.Conclusions Laparoscopic cholecystectomy has the advantages of rapid recovery,less pain,bleed little,belly cavity interfarence is little and after operation the bowel gtue to connect small.Laparoscopic cholecystectomy needs ahigher skill,but is superior to open small slice cholecystectomy.
