睾丸扭转的高频彩超诊断及临床分析

目的 探讨高频彩色多普勒超声在睾丸扭转诊断中的价值，提高睾丸扭转的诊治水平。方法 回顾性分析28例睾丸扭转病例的临床资料，总结分析其临床表现及CDFI声像图特征。结果 28例睾丸扭转患者高频彩超显示睾丸、附睾在阴囊内位置、内部回声改变，睾丸内血流减少或消失。所有病例均经手术证实。结论 高频彩色多普勒超声为睾丸扭转首选检查方法，结合临床表现可确诊睾丸扭转。

The diagnosis of testicular torsio with high frequency ultrasound and its clinic analysis

Objective To discuss the role of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of testicular torsion in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of testicular torsion.Methods The clinical information of 28 testicular torsion patients was retrospectively analyzed,the clinic manifestation and ultrasound findings were analyzed.Results In all 28 cases,ultrasound with color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) indicated there were changes of echo and position in testicle and epididymis in the scrotum,the testicular blood flow was decreased or even absent.All the cases were verified by operation.Conclusion High frequency ultrasound is the first choice of examinations in diagnosis of testicular torsion.The diagnosis of testicular torsion could be confirmed by ultrasound findings combined with clinic findings.
