| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胎膜早破对妊娠结局的影响。方法：对160例胎膜早破住院分娩孕妇和905例无妊娠并发症正常分娩孕妇作回顾性分析。结果：胎膜早破组的剖宫产率、早产率、新生儿窒息率及肺炎发病率均比对照组显著升高。结论：胎膜早破是难产的常见并发症之一，对母婴造成不良影响。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of fetal premature rupture of membranes on pregnancy outcome. Methods:The clinical data from 106 hospitalized puerperants complicated with premature rupture of fetal membranes and 905 normal puerperants without any concurrent gravid disorder were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The occurrence of cesarean section, premature delivery rate, incidence of neonatal asphyxia and pneumonia in premature rupture group were significantly increased compared with the control group. Conclusion:Premature rupture of fetal membranes is a common complication resulting in dystocia, affecting negatively on the mother and baby. |
