| 摘 要： | 目的提高卒中患者对高血压的知晓率、治疗率和控制率是预防卒中再发的关键。通过对社区缺血性卒中幸存者所患高血压知晓情况的调查，并分析其影响因素，探索卒中二级预防的有效途径。方法在南京市2个社区抽样调查缺血性卒中幸存者，通过问卷调查和血压测量方式确定其高血压知晓情况，并对知晓影响因素作回归分析。结果在完成调查的254例缺血性卒中幸存者中，172例患有高血压，其中132例对其患有高血压病知晓。患者教育程度、病情、脑卒中家族史以及健康教育因素与高血压知晓相关。结论脑卒中患者高血压知晓率较低，提示健康教育在卒中二级预防中起重要作用，需进一步加强。
