中药板蓝根高效液相色谱法指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的:用高效液相色谱法建立板蓝根药材的指纹图谱,为其品质控制提供依据。方法:采用Phenomenex lunaC18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长为254nm,流速0.5ml/min。结果:建立了板蓝根药材的HPLC指纹图谱。结论:采用该法可为控制板蓝根药材的内在质量提供依据。

Abstract:Objective:To study the HPLC fingerprints and to establish a sensitive and specific method for controlling the quality of Isatidis Radix.Methods:HPLC method was set up,using phenomenex luna C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with gradient elution,the mobile phase was comprised of acetonitrile and formic acid(0.1%),the UV detection wavelength was at 254 nm,with a flow rate of 0.5ml/min.Results:The HPLC fingerprints was set up.Conclusion:The quality of Isatidis Radix can be controlled effectively by HPLC fingerprints.
