摘    要:目的 了解中学生的心理健康状况,为制定相应的心理健康教育措施提供科学依据。方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法,对江苏省苏州六县市中学各年级学生5117人进行了心理健康状况的调查研究。结果 结果表明:有14.3%的中学生存在较明显的心理卫生问题,其中以强迫症状、人际关系敏感、偏执比较突出;城市和农村、不同类型的中学、不同性别中学生的心理卫生问题各有其不同特点。学习成绩与中学生的心理健康状况之间存在着明显的相关关系。结论 中学生存在较明显的心理卫生问题, 应针对不同中学生的特点,加强中学生心理健康教育工作,提高大学生心理健康水平。

Abstract:Objective To study the mental health status of middle school students in Suzhou and develop relevant health education strategies. Methods A SCL - 90 questionnaire survey was conducted among 5117 middle school stu- dents in the city proper and countryside of Suzhou by stratified cluster sampling. Results The prevalence rate of obvious mental problems, especially obsessive symptom, sensitivity in interpersonal relation, and paranoid symptom, was 14 . 5 % among the interviewees. Scores of different mental health factors were different among F=different middle schools. The lower the achievement in learning, the higher the mental health factor scores. Conclusion More mental health problems exist among middle school students than among adults. Mental health education for middle school students needs to be strengthened.
