| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨乳腺癌手术患者负担感受产生的原因及家属参与护理模式对患者负担感受的影响.方法 将82例住院乳腺癌手术患者分为对照组和实验组.对照组发放自制患者负担感受原因调查表进行问卷调查,并采取护士单独进行护理干预的方法;实验组实施家属共同参与护理模式进行干预,比较干预效果.结果 实施家属参与护理模式后患者自我感受负担(SPB)评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 家属参与护理模式对乳腺癌手术患者SPB的改善和自我价值认识的提高有积极作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of the nursing model with family s participation on the self-perceived burden (SPB) of breast cancer patients. Methods A tatol of 82 breast cancer patients receiving operation were divided into intervention group and control group. A questionnaire and routine nursing were issued to the control group, the intervention group was given family intervention. The intervention effect was compared. Results The SPB in intervention group was lower than that in control group (P < 0. 05) . Conclusions The nursing model with family's participation has positive effect on the SPB and the value of breast cancer patients. |
