Minizzi综合征12例诊治体会

目的 探讨Minizzi综合征诊断及手术方法。方法 术中先切开胆总管行胆道造影，进一步了解病变性质及范围，然后放置Bakes扩张器至右肝管作为标志，再根据不同类型Minizzi综合征进行不同的处理和治疗。结论 术中先行胆道造影及放置探条对防止肝胆管损伤有一定实用意义。
