目的 探讨ＡＢＯ配对肝移植预后的影响。方法 回顾分析３例ＡＢＯ血型不合的肝脏移植临床特点及治疗结果。结果 ２例病人出现不可逆性斥反应，分别于术后第１８、２０天死亡，１例病人未出现排斥反应，现已存活１５０天。结论 ＡＢＯ配型不合对肝移植的预后可能有很大影响，目前仅限于在紧急状态下采用。

ABO incompatible liver transplantation

Objective To explore the impact of ABO-compatibility on the prognosis of orthotopic liver transplantation.Methods Three cases of ABO-incompatible liver transplantation were retrospectively analyzed.Results Two patients developed irreversible acute rejection and died on(postoperative days)POD 18 and POD 20 The other patient didn't have rejection and survived more than 5 months .Conclusion ABO-incompatibility may have a significant negative impact on graft survival and be only justifiable in emergency cases.t their prevention and treatment as well.Methods 37 cases of loop transversostomy in neonates were meticulously observed and closely followed up.Results Except 2 deaths there were 31 cases of dermatitis surrounding the stoma,19 cases of inflammatory polyps distributed all round the stomal mucosa,4 cases of stomal stenosis ,4 cases of stomal prolapse and 2 cases of bowel adhesion.Instead of transversostomy a sigmoidostomy performed on the right upper quadrant as a result of carelessness was seen in two newborn infants.Conclusion Complications due to loop transversostomy often result from inexperienced practice or unskilled handicraft in operative procedures.And the unsuitable or inadequate postoperative care is also a causative factor .Measures for their prevention and treatment have already been mentioned.
