心理咨询员（师）培训班学员的MMPI测试结果聚类分析

目的 对心理咨询师培训班学员的人格特征和心理状态进行调查研究，为其培训、考核及录用提供信息。方法对80名心理咨询员（师）采用纪术茂修订的明尼苏达多相人格调量表（MMPI—B），在专业人员指导下进行测试分析。结果分戚三组则各型量表高、低分组合突出，型间差异显著；各组有其特点和倾向，第一组（Q1）属于外倾型（n=30，38%）、表现为K、Do、St T均分大于57，而D、Pa、Pt、Sc、Si、A、MAS、Dy、Pr则均低于40。第二组（Q2）：内倾型（n=15，19％）表现为D、PT、SC、A、MAS、DY、CNT均分大于57；而无低分；第三组（Q3）：中间型（n=35，44％）各量袁分均介于57-40之间，无突出，三组间相互比较，除Pd、Mf、Ma、R量表外，其他各量表T均分均存在显著性差异。结论心理咨询学员应对自我进行人格特质评估，促进自我成长和人格完善，提高职业水平。

A cluster analysis of MMPI in psychological consultants(psychologist) trainees
