医学模式的人文回归与医学人文素质教育

摘    要:医学模式随着生产力发展水平和科学技术的变迁而变化,从自然哲学医学模式、神灵医学模式、生物医学模式到现代医学模式,无不体现了人文因素的偏移与回归。为适应医学模式的转变,世界各国对医学教育进行了改革,大力加强了医学生人文素质教育。应借鉴国外的经验,利用现有的教学资源形成医学、自然科学、工程技术科学、人文社会科学俱全的教育结构,发挥各部门的作用,形成多维立体的人文素质教育结构,以适应医学模式的人文回归。

Abstract:As the development of social productivity and the advancement of science and technology of the world, medicine modes shift from natural philosophical pattern to deistic one then to biomedical one and now the modem medicine mode. The course of the development and changes obviously reflects the excursion and regression of the humanistic factors in our society. In order to adapt to the medicine mode shifts, many nations of the world have carried out reforms in their medical education and strengthened the humanistic quality education among the medical students. We should make use the references of the experiences abroad, and full utilize the educational resources on campus to from up a comprehensive educational framework that consists of medicine, nature sciences, technological engineering and social humanistic sciences. We should exert the functions of the various departments in forming up a multidimensional system in medical education with humanistic features so that we can suit to the global trend of medicine mode in humanistic regression.
