PDCA循环在门诊抽血室标本质量控制中的应用研究

目的：探讨PDCA循环在门诊抽血室管理中的应用。方法：采用PDCA循环管理模式,对抽血室工作质量进行监控,查找问题,不断优化管理流程,加强护士技术操作培训,使抽血室工作质量持续改进。结果：常规模式对照组采集血液标本4 913份,其中不合格标本164份,占3.34%,患者出现护理并发症6例;引发投诉2起,满意度调查为65.55%。PDCA循环模式组采集血标本4 986份,不合格标本18份,占0.37%,无护理并发症,无护理纠纷及投诉,患者满意度95.19%。结论：PDCA循环管理模式在门诊抽血中规范了工作流程,增强护士质量意识,有效提高了血液标本合格率,预防并发症,提高了患者满意度,杜绝护理纠纷。促进了门诊优质护理服务工作的开展,是科学、有效的管理方法。

Application of PDCA cycle in outpatient blood chamber to control specimen quality

Objective：To investigate the applic~,tion of PDCA cycle in an outpatient blood collection cham- ber to control specimen quality. Methods： Using the PDCA cycle management mode to monitor the work quality of blood collection chamber, then finding the problem, optimizing management processes constant- ly, strengthening technical operations training of nurses, making the work quality of blood collection chamber continuous improvement. Results： Using normal management mode collecting 4913 copies of blood samples as control group, of which 164 samples failed, accounting for 3.34 %; nursing complications occurred in 6 patients; 2 complaints raised, the satisfaction survey was 65.55%. Using PDCA cycle man- agement mode collecting 4986 copies of blood s~mples as experimental group, of which 18 samples failed, accounting for 0.37%; no nursing complication;s occurred; no nursing disputes and complaints; the satis- faction survey was 95. 19%. Conclusion： Using PDCA cycle management mode can regulate the flow of outpatient blood work, enhance the quality awareness of nurses, effectively improve the pass rate of blood samples, prevent complications, improve patient satisfaction, eliminate nursing dispute. It also promotes the development of high--quality outpatient care work, it is a scientific and effective management method.
