摘    要:目的:研究黄芪、余干子、三七3种药物对提高高海拔地区军事作业能力的影响。方法:选择32名已习服5 100m高原半年以上的男青年,随机分为黄芪组、余干子组、三七组及对照组。测定服药前、后体能指标,观察血液生化各项指标。结果:运动后,对照组总胆红素(TB)、直接胆红素(DB)、丙二醛(MDA)、血乳酸(BLA)等指标显著增高(P〈0.05),一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、葡萄糖(GLU)显著降低(P〈0.05);黄芪组动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)、台阶指数均显著增高,BLA显著降低,NOS、GLU显著增高(P〈0.05);余干子组SaO2、最大耗氧量(VO2max)、台阶指数均显著增高,BLA显著降低(P〈0.05);三七组NOS显著增高(P〈0.05)。结论:黄芪、余干子、三七均具有抗疲劳、提高高原人体运动能力的作用,减轻低氧环境对脏器的损害,而黄芪、余干子此方面的功效较明显。

Effects of Astragalus,Phyllanthus emblica L and Panax pseudo-ginseng tablets on exercise performance in human body at high altitude

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of the Astragalus,Phyllanthus emblica L,Panax pseudoginseng tablets on improvement of military operational capability at high altitude.Methods:Thirty-two young men living at 5,100 meters high altitude for over 180 days were randomly divided into four groups:Astragalus treatment group(n=8),Phyllanthus emblica L group(n=8),Panax pseudo-ginseng group(n=8)and control group(n=8).The physique index of exercise was measured before and after treatment.The serum total bilirubin(TB),direct bilirubin(DB),glucose(GLU),lactic acid(BLA),malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),nitric oxide(NO)and nitric-oxide synthase(NOS)levels were measured.Results:Compared with pre-exercise,the levels of TB,DB,MDA and BLA in control group were significantly increased and the levels of NOS and GLU were significantly reduced after exercise(P〈0.05),the arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2),NOS,GLU and index of step in Astragalus group were significantly higher and the BLA level was evidently reduced(P〈0.05),the SaO2,maximal oxygen consumption(VO2max)and index of step in Phyllanthus emblica L group were significantly higher and the BLA value was evidently reduced(P〈0.05),and the NOS level in Panax pseudo-ginseng group was significantly higher(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The Astragalus,Phyllanthus emblica L and Panax pseudoginseng tablets can improve exercise performance of human body during exposition of 5,100 maltitude,and can alleviate organ injury in hypoxic condition,especially for Astragalus and Phyllanthus emblica L.
