苦碟子注射液联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床研究

目的：探讨苦碟子注射液联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：选择我院2010-06-2013-06急性脑梗死患者140例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组70例。两组患者均根据病情给予基本对症支持治疗,并严格控制血糖,血压等。在常规治疗基础上,实验组给予苦碟子注射液20ml加入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml,静脉滴注,1/d,同时给予依达拉奉31mg,注入0.9%氯化钠注射液90ml,静脉滴注,2/d;对照组给予依达拉奉31mg,注入0.9%氯化钠注射液90ml,静脉滴注,2/d。2周后观察两组患者血液学变化、临床疗效、神经损伤及不良反应。结果：2周后,实验组的临床疗效、神经损伤评分、血液学指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,在治疗过程中均无不良反应发生。结论：苦碟子注射液联合脉络宁治疗急性脑梗死可以有效改善急性脑梗死患者的血液流变学,提高急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效,有一定的临床应用价值。

Sowthistle-leaf ixeridium herb injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of sowthistle-leaf ixeridium herb injection combined with edaravone on the acute cerebral infarction patients.Methods：A total of 140 cases of cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into edaravone group and sowthistle-leaf ixeridium herb injection combined with edaravone group.Based on the conventional treatment,edaravone group was treated with edaravone 31 mg by intravenous infusion 2 times a day for 2 weeks,at the same time the other group was treated with sowthistle-leaf ixeridium herb injection 20 ml by intravenous infusion 1times a day and edaravone for 2 weeks.The differences,such as therapeutic effect score,the injury of nerve score and the adverse effects,were evaluated and analyzed in the acute cerebral infarction patients.Results：Sowthistleleaf ixeridium herb injection combined with edaravone was superior to edaravone in the improvement of therapeutic effect score and decreased injury of nerve score（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Sowthistle-leaf ixeridium herb injection combined with edaravone could improve the therapeutic effect and decrease injury of nerve for acute cerebral infarction patients.
