卵巢上皮癌组织Id1和HtrA1表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨细胞分化抑制因子1(Id1)和HtrA1在卵巢上皮癌组织中表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测40例卵巢上皮癌组织(其中化疗敏感、耐药各20例)、10例良性卵巢肿瘤组织及10例正常卵巢组织中Id1和HtrA1的表达,分析二者表达与卵巢上皮癌临床病理参数关系。结果 Id1和HtrA1在卵巢上皮癌组织中阳性表达率分别为77.5%和22.5%,与卵巢良性肿瘤组织阳性表达率(均为40.0%)相比,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.357、4.372,P〈0.05);与正常卵巢组织(30.0%和60.0%)相比,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.295、5.357,P〈0.05)。Id1和HtrA1在卵巢上皮癌耐药组中的阳性率为95.0%和5.0%,与敏感组(60.0%和40.0%)相比,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.914、14.824,P〈0.05)。卵巢癌病人术前CA125水平、病理分级和淋巴结转移均与Id1和HtrA1的表达密切相关(χ2=4.215~10.753,P〈0.05)。卵巢上皮癌组织中Id1和HtrA1的表达之间无明显相关性(r=-0.186,P〉0.05)。结论 Id1和HtrA1与卵巢上皮癌形成可能有关,且Id1高表达和HtrA1低表达与卵巢上皮癌的化疗耐药关系密切。

THE EXPRESSIONS AND CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF ID1 AND HTRA1 IN EPITHELIAL OVARIAN CANCER

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of cell differentiation inhibiting factors Idl and HtrA1 in tissue of epitheli- al ovarian cancer (EOC) and its clinical significance. Methods The expressions of Idl and HtrA1 were determined by immuno- histochemical SP method in 40 cases of EOC tissue and 10 cases of normal ovarian tissue and 10 cases of benign ovarian tumor. The correlation of expressions of Idl and HtrA1 with pathology of EOC was analyzed. Results The positive rate of Idl and HtrA1 in EOC tissue was 77.5% and 22.5%, respectively, which was significant differences as compared with that in benign ovarian tumors 40.0% and 40.0%, respectively (X2-5.357,4.372;P〈0.05); compared with normal ovarian tissue, 30.0% and 60.0%, the differences were also statistically significant (X2=8.295,5.357;P〈0.05). The positive rates of Idl and HtrA1 in drug-resistance group were 95.0% and 5.0%, respectively, which were statistically different as compared with the drug-sensitlve group 60.0% and 40.0% (x2 =5.914,14.824; P〈0.05). Preoperative levels of CA125, pathologic grading and lymphnode metastasis in EOC patients were closely related with Idl and HtrA1 (x2=4.215-10.753,P〈0.05). The expression of Idl was not correlated with HtrA1 in EOC (r=-0.186,P〉0.05). Conclusion The expressions of Idl and HtrA1 are likely to be related to the development of epithelial ovarian cancer. High expression of Idl or low expression of HtrA1 is closely associated with chemotherapy-resistance of this malignancy.
