托幼机构膳食的现状分析

摘    要:〖目的〗 通过分析幼儿园膳食,以求改进不足,为儿童提供合理平衡的膳食。〖方法〗 选择北京不同类型与规模的托幼机构41所,对一段时期内儿童食物消耗及就餐情况的资料进行膳食分析。〖结果〗 营养素摄入不平衡,维生素和矿物质部分缺乏,尤其是钙的摄入明显不足。〖结论〗 调整食物结构,并以集团化生产的优势补充幼儿园儿童膳食中营养素的不足。

Abstract:Objective] Through analyzing the diet in kindergartens to improve the existing imperfection and provide rational and balanced diet for the children. [Methods] A total of 41 child care institutions have been selected that were of different types and on varying scale. An analysis of the diet was subsequently conducted, based on information collected over a certain period of time on the food depletion and intake (keep account). [Results] The nutrient intake is unbalanced. There is a marked deficiency of vitamins and mineral materials, calcium in particular. [Conclusion] To adjust the food structure and take advantage of the group production to offset the deficiency of nutrients in the diet for children in kindergartens.
