| 摘 要： | 目的：研究脊柱转移瘤的MRI特点。材料和方法：分析29例脊柱转移瘤的MRI图像。结果：表现为溶骨型者65．5％、成骨型10．3％、混合型24．1％、附件破坏者高达69％、谁管受累者69％、椎间孔狭窄者58.6％、椎体病理骨折者79．3％、椎旁肿块或软组织受侵者44．8％。结论：作者认为脊柱转移瘤有较特征性的MRI表现，结合临床资料可以与其它疾病相鉴别。

| Abstract: | Purpose: The MRI Characteristics of spinal matastasis were investigated.Materialsand methods: An analysis of twenty-nine patients with spinal metastasis underwent magneticresonance imaging were performed. Results:The features presented as osteolytic type in 65.5 % ofthe patients,thd osteoblastic in 10.3%,the mixed type in 24. 1 %, the spinal auxillary parts de-struction was upto 69 %,the spinal canal cmpromise also in 69%,the intervertebral foramen nar-row in 58. 6%, the vertebra pathological fracture in 79.3%and the paravertebral masses of softtissue involvement in 44.8%. Conclusion:The authors believe that the spinal metastasis havemore characteristic MRI manifestations, and combined with clinical data may be differentiatedwith other diseases. |
