患者:王××,25岁,牧民,第一胎,孕34+5周,腹阵痛3小时于2009年7月10日18:00收入院.
平素月经规律,末次月经2008.11.9,预产期2009.8.16.停经40余天早孕反应,孕4个半月自觉胎动,孕期无产检,自诉双下肢水肿两个月,近一周加重,伴头晕,全身不适,前一天恶心、呕吐,因妊娠34+5腹痛收入院.
