摘 要: | 本文报道用 ELISA方法和低浓度 PEG沉淀试验检测经白纹伊蚊连续隔天刺叮的豚鼠,在3个月内抗蚊叮抗体和循环免疫复合物的定量动态变化。结果表明,两者有相似的变化趋势(r=0.71,P<0.01),随着蚊叮致敏而逐渐升高。抗体滴度最高可达 1:101.35。两者分别与皮肤反应程度呈负相关。实验结果提示宿主的免疫应答对脱敏反应起一定的作用。

IMMUNOLOGICAL RESPONSE IN GUINEA PIGS TO MOSQUITO BITES |

Abstract: | We present here the results of dynamic studies on titers of specific anti-mosquito-biting antibody and concentrations of circulating immune complex tested by ELISA and low concentration PEG precipitating methods in guinea pigs. The guinea pigs were subjected to mosquito bites (Aedes albopictus) every other day continuously over 3 months. The response of specific antibody was similar to the circulating immune complex (r=0.71, p< 0.01).There was also a negative correlation between their elevations and the degree of skin reaction. Although the titers of antibody produced in guinea pigs are very low, it does have some protective effects in the course of hypersensitization. This may provide experimental data for the explanation of immunological prevention of skin reactions to mosquito bites. |
