| 摘 要： | 目的 研究卡莫氟对晚期消化道肿瘤的疗效及改善生存质量的效果。方法 对35例不能手术的晚期消化道肿瘤患者在门诊使用卡莫氟，450mg/d-600mg/d，每例至少服药20g以上，结果 CR1例，PR10例，总有效率31.4%，Karnofsky评分提高，主要毒副作用为轻度骨髓抑制和消化道症状。结论 门诊口服卡莫氟治疗晚期消化道肿瘤安全、有效。

| Abstract: | [Purpose] To evaluate the effect of carmofur (HCFU) in treatment of digestive tract cancer and the effect of improving quality of life for out-patients.[ Method ] Thirty-five patients with digestive tract cancer who were not suitable for operation were treated with carmofur for out-patients, 450mg - 600mg per day with total dose at least 20g. [Results] The response rate was 31.4% (CR 1 cases and PR 10 cases) .The Kamofsky score was raised in nearly half of patients.The major side effects including marrow suppression and digestive toxicity were slight . [ Conclusion ] It is effective and safe to treat advanced digestive tract cancer patients with carmofur for out-patients. |
