| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨妊娠期肝内胆汁瘀积症(ICP)的发生率、诊断及处理。方法:对本院近3年发生的311例ICP病例分治疗组(171例)和未治组(140例)进行回顾性分析。结果:治疗组围产儿死亡率,胎儿窘迫,新生儿窒息明显少于未治组。结论:对ICP的早期诊断、治疗,适时终止妊娠是降低围产儿死亡率的关键,也可降低产后出血的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the incidence,diagnosis and management of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP).Methods:The 311 cases with ICP in our hospital for nearly 3years,171 in the treatment groups and 140 in the non-treatment groups,wereanalyzed retrospectively.Results:In treatment groups,the incidence of perinatal mortality,fetal distress and asphyxia of newborn infantswere significantly lower than those in non-treatment groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:To diagnose and treat ICP early,appropriate op-portunity f... |
