With new therapy and new drugs emerging and in order to keep up with the pace of the advance of our times , hospital pharmacists （HP） need to have higher theoretical level and professional technology. Hospital Pharmacy is the general trend of development of hospital pharmacy administration. Technical work of pharmacy and pharmaceutical care need to be acquired by international practice and to be close to the clinical, at the same time to have patient - centered, and to provide direct patient - pharmacy technical services. Hospital Pharmacy Department need to master lately developments at home and abroad, according to the actual situation, to introduce, to apply and to absorb modern medicine＇s new knowledge, new technologies and new methods continuously , particularly to absorb and apply modern science , new knowledge and new ideas, to innovate and develop hospital pharmacy cause .
