| 摘 要： | 从独活(重齿毛当归Angelica pubescens Maxim.f.biserrata Shan et Yuan的根)中分离出七个香豆精类成分。经化学反应及光谱分析确定了结构。晶Ⅰ(甲氧基欧芹素osthol),晶Ⅱ(二氢欧山芹素columbianadin),晶Ⅲ(二氢欧山芹素乙酸酯columbianetin acetate),晶Ⅳ(二氢欧山芹醇columbianetin),晶Ⅴ(佛手柑内酯bergapten),晶Ⅵ(花椒毒素xanthotoxin),晶Ⅶ(当归醇B Angelol-B)。其中晶Ⅶ为首次从该植物中分得的已知化合物。晶Ⅰ和晶Ⅳ对血小板聚集显示较明显抑制活性。

| Abstract: | Seven coumarin compounds obtained from the roots of Angelica pubescens Maxim. f. biserrata Shah et Yuan were identified as osthol(Ⅰ)columbianadin(Ⅱ) columbianetin acetate(Ⅲ)columbianetin(Ⅳ) bergapten(Ⅴ) xanthotoxin(Ⅵ) and angelol B, respectively, on the basis ofchemical evidence and spectroscopic analysis, compound (Ⅶ) was isolated for the first timefrom this plant. Compound(Ⅰ) and (Ⅳ) showed a potent activity against blood platelet ag-gregation. |
