| 摘 要： | 目的:规范拆零药品的操作规程。方法:分析医院药房调剂拆零药品时影响药品质量的原因。结果与结论:针对影响药品质量的拆零后包装材料及调剂操作等问题,建议尽快规范相应的调剂操作规程,以保证患者用药安全、有效。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To standardize the rules of operation on dismounted medicine.METHODS:The reasons why the drug quality would be impacted by the medicine dismounting in hospital pharmacy drug dispensing were analyzed.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:In view of the factors such as the packing materials and operation of dispensing after medicine dismounting that may influence the quality of medicine,it is suggested that standard operation rules for drug dispensing should be set up as early as possible to ensure safety and efficacy of drug use in patients. |
